I. General disclaimers

The critter plushies are NOT an official Honkai: Star Rail merch product. It's a fan-made product.
I am not involved with Hoyoverse in any kind of way.I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to me canceling your commission and you´ll be put on a blacklist.

II. Process and work schedule

To commission a product please send me a DM on X or an Email. You can see each products commission status on my commission page.
I will get back to you as soon as possible.Please note that there is only a specific amount of slots per run. It is a first come, first serve basis. If there are more applicants than slots there is an option to be put on a waitlist for the next run.All products are made by order. I don't have them in stock.Estimated wait time is 3 weeks (not including shipping time) after I accepted the commission but it can also be less.The current commission status will be updated on my Trello.If you wish for your commission to stay private/anonymous please select this option in the form and I will update the status of your commission through DMs/Email.

III. Payment and Shipping

Commission must be paid in full, after I accept the commission to secure the slot.
If there is no payment 72 hours after I sent the invoice, the slot will go to the next person. Please look into your DMs/ Email as I will contact you for payment.Payment is through PayPal.It's free shipping and a tracking number will be provided.Be aware that additional custom fees and taxes can occur that have to be paid upon delivery.
I am not responsible for those or other additional fees so please check your countries regulations on that beforehand!The shipping time can vary because of customs clearance.At this time I cannot ship to the following countries:Asia: Afghanistan, Yemen, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria
Oceania: Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
Africa: LibyaAs a result of the airspace bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine, and other countries, longer transit times can be expected in some cases for shipments to long-haul destinations.
That particularly applies to destinations in Asia and Oceania, but also parts of Africa.

IV. Copyright policy

The client may share pictures, videos and similar of the product but not claim it as their own making.If pictures, Videos, etc. are posted online please try to include a watermark if possible so the pictures won't be stolen by scammers.

V. Canceling and Refunds

Canceling the commission and full refunds are only possible BEFORE the commission is shipped.
Later you can make use of your right of withdrawal as stated below.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.The cancellation period is fourteen days from receipt of the goods or conclusion of the contract for digital goods.In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me (Jason Schmidt, Erasmus-Reismüller-Straße 12A, 85221, Dachau, +4915734724603, [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). inform you about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, I will pay you all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay me an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform me of your exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract Comparison with the overall scope of services provided for in the contract.
